Privacy Policy
Short version: what you type into our tools stays in your browser. We do not receive it.
Health data
Calculators, logs and meal plans run entirely on your device. Values you enter are not sent to us or to anyone else. Where a tool saves something (for example your mg/dL or mmol/L choice, or later a meal plan) it uses your browser’s local storage, which you can clear at any time in your browser settings.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages help. It loads only if you click Accept on the banner. It records page views and simple events such as “a tool was used” or “a page was printed”. It never receives what you typed into a tool. We turn off Google signals and ad personalization. You can change your choice any time with “Analytics choices” in the footer.
Advertising and affiliate links
We do not currently show ads. If we do, this page will say which provider, what cookies it sets, and how to opt out, before they go live. Outbound links to other sites are governed by those sites’ policies.
If you email us we use your address only to reply. We delete messages when they are no longer needed.
Children
The site is a general information site and is not directed at children under 13.
